You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Shock AI. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.

4.2 Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools from your uploaded videos belongs to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use any third-party content in your videos.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload content that violates any law or regulation
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Pricing

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law.

6.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOCK AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
